1. Our commitment

1.1 Tokyofishmarket is operated by Manda SENC, 418, avenue des Pins Ouest, bureau 40, Montréal (Québec) H2W 1S2, Canada. We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, and we build with the Accessible Canada Act, Ontario's AODA and the US ADA in mind. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought.

2. What we've built

Semantic HTML throughout the platform;
full keyboard navigation support;
alt text on platform-generated images;
colour contrast meeting AA standards;
responsive design across devices;
form labels and ARIA attributes;
visible focus indicators on interactive elements.

3. Known limitations

User-uploaded images may not carry alt text: we encourage it but cannot require it;
third-party embedded content, such as GIFs and external links, may have accessibility gaps outside our control;
some complex interactive features, such as the avatar creator and collection drag-and-drop, have reduced accessibility. We are working on these.

4. Feedback

4.1 Found an accessibility barrier? Tell us at support@tokyofishmarket.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to resolve issues as quickly as we can.

5. Continuous improvement

5.1 We audit the platform for accessibility issues on an ongoing basis, and we review this statement periodically.

6.1 We change this document only as section 19 of the Terms of Service allows. Every version is kept and dated, and the history is linked from the foot of this page.
