1. About this document
1.1 This document is one of the documents listed in section 4.2 of our Terms of Service and explains what section 11 of those terms allows. Tokyofishmarket is operated by Manda SENC, 418, avenue des Pins Ouest, bureau 40, Montréal (Québec) H2W 1S2, Canada, which owns the Tokyofishmarket name, logo and other brand assets described here.
2. Brand name
2.1 The brand name is Tokyofishmarket: one word, no spaces, no capital letters except at the start of a sentence. Use "Tokyofishmarket", not "Tokyo Fish Market". The abbreviation "TFM" is used internally and by the community, but our own communications use the full name.
3. Logo usage
3.1 Our primary wordmark is available in SVG. When you use it: do not stretch it, add effects to it, change its colours, or combine it with another logo. Minimum size: 120px on screen, 30mm in print.
4. Colour palette
4.1 Our colour system supports light and dark modes. For current brand assets, contact us at support@tokyofishmarket.com.
5. Permitted uses
- editorial coverage and journalism;
- linking to the platform in an article or a review;
- community-created content, such as fan sites, guides and videos;
- academic research and citation.
6. Prohibited uses
- implying that Tokyofishmarket endorses your product or service;
- incorporating our brand into the name of a product or a service;
- making merchandise with our brand assets;
- modifying or distorting our logo or wordmark;
- using our brand in a misleading, defamatory or illegal context;
- associating our brand with adult content, gambling or a political campaign.
7. Third-party trademarks
7.1 We display third-party trademarks, such as those of anime studios and figure manufacturers, for identification only. This does not imply their endorsement. For a brand-related legal question, write to legal@tokyofishmarket.com.
8. Content creators and press
8.1 If you cover collectibles and want brand assets or information, or you have a press or media inquiry, write to support@tokyofishmarket.com.
9. Changes and contact
9.1 We change this document only as section 19 of the Terms of Service allows. Every version is kept and dated, and the history is linked from the foot of this page.
