Your account, your rules. Here's how to keep it safe.
How do I change my password or email?
Go to Settings > Account. You can update your email (requires confirmation from the new address) or change your password. If you signed up via Google or Discord, you can add a password to enable email login as well.
How does two-factor authentication work?
Go to Settings > Security and enable 2FA. We support authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password). Once enabled, you'll need your phone to log in. We also give you backup codes — save them somewhere safe. If you lose access to your authenticator, those codes are your only way back in.
I can't access my account. What do I do?
If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page. If your email is compromised, contact us immediately through the support form. If you have 2FA enabled and lost your device, use your backup codes. If you've lost everything, we'll need to verify your identity before restoring access — this takes up to 48 hours.
How do I control who sees my profile?
By default, your profile is public — your avatar, username, badges, and collection showcase are visible. You can hide your collection, make your profile private (only people you follow can see it), or hide specific sections. Go to Settings > Privacy to configure everything.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This is permanent and irreversible. Your profile, posts, collection data, and community memberships will be deleted. Active orders must be completed or cancelled first. Marketplace listings will be removed. You'll get a 14-day grace period before final deletion — you can cancel during that time.
