New here? Here's everything you need to know to get rolling.
How do I create an account?
Hit the Sign Up button in the top right. You can sign up with your email, or use Google or Discord. You'll need to set a username, confirm your email, and declare your date of birth (this is permanent and determines your access to age-restricted content). That's it — you're in.
How do I set up my profile?
Head to your profile settings. You can upload a custom avatar or create one with our avatar creator (face, hair, eyes, accessories, and your Gogyō element). Add a banner, write your bio, and link your social accounts. Your profile is your identity on the platform — make it yours.
How do I find what I'm looking for?
The search bar at the top works across everything — products, characters, fandoms, users, communities. You can also browse by category, filter by price range, condition, or fandom, and use the recommendation engine to discover things you didn't know you wanted. The megamenu in the header organizes everything by world.
How do I make my first purchase?
Find a product you want, hit Add to Cart, and proceed to checkout. We support credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, and more through Stripe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Your order confirmation hits your inbox immediately.
How do I join a community?
Browse communities from the Community hub or search for a specific fandom. Click Join and you're in. You can post, vote, comment, and participate in events right away. Some communities have specific rules — check the sidebar before your first post.
