Filing a takedown notice

If you believe your copyrighted work is being used on our platform without authorization, send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed
  • Identification of the material to be removed (with URLs)
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  • A good faith statement that the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder (or authorized to act on their behalf)

How we process notices

  • We promptly remove or disable access to the reported material
  • We notify the user whose content was removed
  • We record the notice in our tracking system
  • We preserve evidence as required

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and its previous location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
  • Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
  • Your name, address, and phone number

Repeat infringers

We have a zero-tolerance escalation policy:

  • 1st offense — content removal + warning
  • 2nd offense — content removal + account suspension + final warning
  • 3rd offense — permanent account termination

What's covered

This policy applies to all user-generated content on the platform:

  • Community posts and comments
  • Marketplace listings and images
  • Collection showcase photos
  • Avatar and profile content
  • Canonical data contributions
