The Act on Specified Commercial Transactions requires anyone selling online to Japanese consumers to publish a defined set of disclosures. This document carries ours, for the items we sell ourselves as TFM Official. Sellers on Tokyofishmarket who sell to Japan must publish their own, as section 8 explains.

7. Delivery, returns and cancellation
7.1 Delivery time varies by item and is shown on the listing before you order, as our Shipping & Delivery policy describes.
7.2 You may return a TFM Official item for any reason within 30 days of delivery, on the conditions in section 7 of our Returns & Refunds policy. You may cancel an unshipped order as section 2 of that policy describes.
8. Sellers on Tokyofishmarket
A seller who sells as a business to Japanese consumers is responsible for their own disclosure under the Act, as section 3.2 of our Seller Terms requires.
9. Prepaid virtual items
Virtual items on Tokyofishmarket are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence with no cash value, as described in our Gamification & Virtual Items policy.
10. Changes to this document
We change this document only as section 19 of the Terms of Service allows. Every version is kept and dated. You can read the history from the link at the foot of this page.
